Chief Of Sales Distribution & Customer Service
Deborah Stone-Wulf is the Chief, Sales Distribution and Customer Service at Amtrak where she is responsible for all operations associated with Amtrak's Sales Distribution and Customer Service Department, including Reservation Sales and Customer Relations, Reservation Systems Strategy and eCommerce and Mobile strategies.
In this role, Debbi overseas the operation of Amtrak's Contact Centers and is responsible for setting and implementing the Customer Experience Vision and Strategy for all of Amtrak's Distribution Channels. Prior to this position, Debbi served as the Senior Director of Amtrak's Sales and Reservation systems team where she was responsible for providing leadership in the development of Amtrak's distribution and reservation system strategy across all distribution channels.
Her team was responsible for the development and implementation of Amtrak's eTicketing solution which is the first full eTicketing implementation within the Passenger Rail industry. Prior to joining Amtrak, Debbi was a senior consultant with several airlines and passenger railways, providing clients with strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of pricing, revenue management and reservation system technologies and processes. Previous to her consulting role, Debbi served as the VP of Pricing and Revenue Management for Spirit Airlines where she led Spirit to industry leading revenue performance while transitioning Spirit into a new reservation system.
From 2000 through 2002, Debbi was Head of Airline Product at Hotwire in San Francisco where she was a key leader of the startup team that launched the successful Hotwire brand. Prior to this, Debbi spent seven years at Continental Airlines in Houston as Director of Revenue Analysis & Channel Pricing.
